The Smoked Oil "Finca La Barca" is an Olive Oil made with the Arbequina olive variety. It is smoked following the traditional method of the Extremadura region of "La Vera", with oak wood, in a process of more than 15 days. The smoke gives the Oil smoky nuances that will transport you to a new dimension of flavor and aroma.
