The blueberry, a fruit with a distinct flavour that wavers between sweet, acidic and sour, with excellent nutritional characteristics. This fruit's a certified organic product, produced by Portuguese local farmers. The vanilla, with it's origins from orchids is used to scent the mixture with its unique aroma. You can sense in this fruit jam the soft touch of vanilla, which combines perfectly the blueberry with Portuguese Port wine.
